Server Primes is a software service operated by Primes Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom under company number 15158504.

1. The Service

Server Primes provides server and infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and AI-assisted log analysis. Features available to you depend on the plan you purchased.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API tokens secure, and for all activity performed under your account. You must provide accurate information.

3. Payment

Plans are one-time purchases in EUR unless stated otherwise. Charges appear as "Server Primes" or "Primes Pro Ltd" on your statement. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only monitor infrastructure you own or are authorised to monitor. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

5. Availability & Warranty

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that monitoring will detect every server issue. Enterprise plans may include a separate written SLA.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
