Server Primes is a software service operated by Primes Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom under company number 15158504.

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: name, email address, company name, and billing details required to process your purchase.
• Server telemetry: system metrics, process and container inventory, and any logs you choose to forward from your servers.
• Usage data: dashboard activity, alert history, and diagnostic logs used to keep the service reliable.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to deliver monitoring, generate alerts and AI insights, provide support, process payments, and improve reliability. We never sell your data and we do not use your logs to train third-party models.

3. Legal Basis

We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of legitimate interests in securing and improving the service.

4. Retention

Telemetry is retained for the retention window of your plan (5 to 90 days). Account and billing records are kept for as long as required by UK company and tax law. You may request deletion of your telemetry at any time.

5. Sharing & Processors

We share data only with processors necessary to run the service — cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and error monitoring — each bound by confidentiality and data protection terms.

6. Security

Data is encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access is role-based, least-privilege, and audit logged.

7. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email support@serverprime.io and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

8. International Transfers

Where data is processed outside the UK or EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
