Refund Policy

Server Primes is a software service operated by Primes Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom under company number 15158504.

1. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the service does not work as described for your infrastructure.

2. How to Request

Email support@serverprime.io from your account address with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within one business day.

3. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Exclusions

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Accounts suspended for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Setup fees where onboarding work has already been delivered.
• Custom Enterprise engagements governed by a separate signed agreement.

5. Changing Plans

Because plans are one-time purchases, moving to a larger plan is a new purchase rather than a prorated upgrade. Contact us first and we will advise the best route.
