Data Processing Agreement

Server Primes is a software service operated by Primes Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom under company number 15158504.

1. Roles

You are the data controller for personal data contained in telemetry and logs you send us. Primes Pro Ltd acts as data processor and processes that data only on your documented instructions.

2. Subject Matter & Duration

Processing covers server metrics, logs, and account data for as long as your account is active and for the retention window of your plan.

3. Security Measures

We apply the technical and organisational measures described in our Security Policy, including encryption in transit and at rest, access control, and audit logging.

4. Sub-processors

We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, payments, email, and error monitoring, each bound by equivalent data protection obligations. We will inform you of material changes so you can object.

5. Assistance & Audits

We will assist you with data subject requests, impact assessments, and regulator enquiries, and make available information necessary to demonstrate compliance.

6. Breach Notification

We will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data, with the information needed for your own notifications.

7. Transfers

Transfers outside the UK or EEA rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

8. Deletion & Return

On termination we delete or return personal data on request, except where retention is required by law.
