Server Primes is a software service operated by Primes Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, United Kingdom under company number 15158504.

1. Permitted Use

Server Primes is intended for legitimate monitoring of servers and cloud resources that you own or are explicitly authorised to monitor.

2. Prohibited Activity

• Monitoring or probing infrastructure without authorisation.
• Using the platform to scan, attack, or disrupt third-party systems.
• Forwarding unlawful content, malware, or stolen data through the agent.
• Reselling or white-labelling the service without a written agreement.
• Circumventing plan limits, rate limits, or authentication controls.
• Reverse engineering the platform other than the open-source agent.

3. Fair Use

API and ingestion limits apply per plan. Sustained abnormal volume may be throttled to protect platform stability; we will contact you before taking action where practical.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, throttling, suspension, or termination without refund. Serious abuse may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you believe an account is being used in breach of this policy, report it to us and we will investigate.
